Hot shredded beef
Beef roast about 3# or less ( bottom round or or other thick cut)
Mix to form paste ....
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1Tbsp black pepper (I use less)
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp Colman's dry mustard
Spread paste over roast, add to crock pot with about 1"of water, on low for at least six hours. Shred beef, put back in pot and toss in juices, another 30 minutes and serve on hard rolls, kaiser, or sub. Freezes well.
